Frequently asked questions

When does registration close?+

Registration closes Sunday, June 29, 2026. Our final head count goes to the caterer Monday, June 30, 2026, so we cannot add late guests after that.

How do I book my hotel room?+

Book directly with the Embassy Suites Atlanta Airport using our group code ASKHF. Use the one-click link on this page so you land on our family block.

What are the payment options?+

You can pay by Zelle, PayPal, or a mailed check or money order. The payment page lists every handle and address. The site does not take your money directly; you send it to the family treasurers.

I cannot log in. What do I do?+

There are no passwords. Enter your email, we send you a six-digit code, you type it in. If your email is not recognized, you can tell us who you are and a family admin will approve you.

Will there be transportation?+

Yes. A bus runs Saturday morning for the downtown city tour and again Saturday evening for the banquet. The registration form asks separately whether your household needs the Saturday bus so we get an exact count.

Someone in my household needs mobility help. Who do I tell?+

The registration form has an accessibility section. Tell us there and it flags the planning committee right away so we can arrange seating, accessible transport, and anything else needed.
